The JAM is the part of the event where everyone can train freely. A setup will be specially designed for both beginners and advanced participants. There will also be the necessary guidance.

The JAM will take place before and between the the parts of the competition. During the JAM, the contestants can set out and practice their run so that they can prepare for the actual execution of their run in the competition.

Also for freerunners who do not participate in the competition, the room is at your full disposal. As expected from a JAM, everybody, on each level, and age group will be able to train freely. A map of the room layout and all the components will be published later on the website.
